Deleting your Routerel account

In the app

1. Open Routerel and sign in.
2. Tap Account (bottom bar).
3. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm with Yes, delete everything.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email us from your account's address at contact@routerel.app with the subject “Delete account”. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account (email, display name, Google sign-in link), all progress (answers, review schedule, XP, streak, badges, saved questions, exam simulations, settings), your question reports and the subscription status we store.

What remains

Per-question totals of attempts and correct answers (not linked to you); a cryptographic fingerprint of your email (SHA-256, from which the email cannot be recovered) and how many free answers you used, so the free trial cannot be taken again with the same email; and payment records that Google Play and RevenueCat must keep under their own policies.

Deleting the account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Routerel → Cancel.
