Terms of use
These terms apply to the Routerel app, provided by Sorin-Marian Macău (individual) (contact: contact@routerel.app). By using the app you agree to them.
1. What Routerel is
A practice app for the CCNA exams. It is an independent study tool, not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Cisco Systems, Inc., and it does not guarantee passing any exam. Cisco, CCNA and Cisco Networking Academy are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc.
2. Account
You need an account (email and password, or Google), you must be at least 16, and you keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time: how to delete your account.
3. Free tier and subscription
After sign-up you get 20 free answers from the free questions; the rest requires a subscription, bought through Google Play at the plans and prices shown in the app before you confirm (monthly, every 3 months or yearly). The 7-day free trial is given once, only to people who never had a subscription; unless you cancel before it ends, billing starts automatically at the shown price. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play; after cancelling, access lasts until the end of the paid period. Discount offers apply only to the period shown in the offer, then the regular price shown in the offer applies. Refunds follow the Google Play policy. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
4. Content
The questions, explanations, diagrams, mascot and design are ours. Use them for personal study; do not copy, publish, sell or scrape them. Please report mistakes with the in-app report button.
5. Fair use
Do not try to bypass the free tier or subscription limits, access other users' data or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses (for example an exam result). Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you in the app about important changes. Romanian law applies; as a consumer you keep the rights of the country where you live.
